We cordially extend an invitation for the submission of your research papers to the upcoming event, "AI for Oceans 2025." This event is dedicated to exploring innovative applications of artificial intelligence in addressing challenges concerning ocean conservation, sustainability, and marine ecosystems. We invite submissions that showcase pioneering AI techniques, data-centric methodologies, and computational models tailored to marine settings. Whether your research delves into marine biodiversity, the impacts of climate change, oceanography, or sustainable fisheries, we eagerly anticipate your contributions. Detailed submission guidelines and essential deadlines are available on our event's official website. Accepted papers will be presented at the conference, facilitating dialogues among researchers, professionals, and policymakers committed to advancing AI solutions for ocean-related issues. We eagerly await your submissions and anticipate the exchange of groundbreaking insights at the "AI for Oceans 2025" event.

INSTRUCTION FOR AUTHORS

  • The paper must be submitted in .doc format

  • The images must be of high resolution at least 300 dpi

  • Please ensure for all the figures, equations and references are citations and sources are provided.

  • The authors should submit manuscript along with signed copyright form.

  • The tables must not be in image format.

  • The full text of the paper should be in English language.

  • The authors should ensure quality, readability and originality of the manuscript.

  • The manuscript should not be published before nor be under consideration in review process in any conferences/journals.

  • Please ensure that plagiarism ratio should not exceed 10 %. 

  • The authors name and affiliation should be properly mentioned in the manuscript.

  • The paper should have minimum 10 pages in length.

  • The authors should submit the paper only through Microsoft CMT portal. Submission via e-mails will not be entertained. 

REVIEW PROCESS:

  • ​Initial Screening: Upon submission, the papers will undergo an initial screening by the editorial team to check for adherence to submission guidelines, relevance to the conference theme, and overall quality. The paper submission shall be checked for ensuring originality in written work through Anti-Plagiarism tool, Turnitin plagiarism checker.

  • Assignment to Reviewers: After the initial screening, papers will be assigned to reviewers who have expertise in the relevant subject matter. ​

​

  • Review Process: Reviewers will assess the papers based on criteria such as originality, significance, technical quality, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference. They will provide detailed comments and feedback to the authors.​

​

  • Double-Blind Review: Reviewers will not have access to the authors' identities, and authors will not know the identities of the reviewers. This ensures a fair and unbiased evaluation process.​

​

  • Decision Making: Based on the reviews received, the editorial board will make decisions regarding acceptance, rejection, or revision of the papers. Decision letters will be sent to authors along with reviewers' comments.​

​

  • Revision (if applicable): If a paper is conditionally accepted pending revisions, authors will be given an opportunity to revise their papers based on the reviewers' feedback. Revised papers will undergo a final review before a final decision is made.

The editors of the conference proceedings enforce a peer-review process together with ethical policies and standards to ensure to add high-quality scientific works to the field of scholarly publication.
Authors wishing to publish their papers in conference must abide by the following:

 

  • Any facts that might be perceived as a possible conflict of interest of the author(s) must be disclosed in the paper prior to submission

  • Authors should accurately present their research findings and include an objective discussion of the significance of their findings.

  • Data and methods used in the research need to be presented in sufficient detail in the paper.

  • Republishing content that is not novel is not tolerated.

MALPRACTICE STATEMENT

The authors should ensure that they have written entirely original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, then this has been appropriately cited or quoted. Plagiarism takes many forms, from rewriting another´s paper as the author´s own paper to copying or paraphrasing substantial parts of another paper (without attribution and citation), to claiming results from research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable.
